I upgraded my infinix x604(note 5) to android 10 and now the screen freezes anytime I lock the phone. What can I do to make it work?

i went to carlcare nd dey said it's screen, but it seems fishy because it was after d update

i wanted to ask if ppl had d same issue but xiaomi marketers no go allow person rest...

i advise u buy mouse nd otg to use it cos screen is 21k
