It depends on the accessibility of the land. Is it very close to the road or kinda far that we can't see the road.?

Will it be registered in Company's name or Individual's name.?

Searching for a Surveyor around that area will be much cheaper. For the job, surveyors in Abk will charge 250K.

Mind you we have free land, non committed acquisition (rafiable land) and committed land in Ogun State and all this have different survey that goes for the C of o and Building approval seeking later
