Unfortunate as they are a nice cultured family until this. Mental health issues really neglected among our people unless you hit the street naked, nobody sees any abnormal behaviour as serious

I got close to this man in the course of my official duty when he was the DG of IBC /ITV , Owerri. My company was maintaining and repairing the establishment generators in all their transmission stations including the TV.
I don't know this late Emma Okere to be Frank.
