Your response was well articulated and devoid of abusive or condescending language and I appreciate that, if it had been otherwise, I would have just kept my peace.
Yes, you are right. The geographical/ethnic distribution of the heads of those agencies/parastatals is skewed. However, my point was that the post I responded to was embellished with some falsehood. Already, someone responded to this so I don't think I need to go into that.
The post exhibits some cherry picking because it neglects the other positions held by members of other ethnicities.
It has become a norm for people to post some truths and then add lies to it to make it more striking; even mainstream media do this. People can post the truth and the truth alone.
In summary, the original post which I responded to highlighted the Northern occupiers of certain posts, while keeping mum on those occupied by the southerners, thus making it look like there are no Southerners in NNPC top management.
Regards
It's really not southerners holding other positions,it's about particular agencies, federal government agencies.
It's about spread.

We cannot have, say for example, five federal government financial agencies and all of them are headed by easterners, that would be very unfair.

The petroleum agencies I mentioned are top federal government petroleum agencies and it's extremely unfair that they are all headed by northerners!!!! Why for God's sake?!!!!
Forget about the nnpc subsidiaries and sub positions, those ones are errand pigeons and boy boy.
There should be diversity and the Niger Deltans should have a greater percentage, there should be a law to that.
Just imagine a scenerio where heads of federal government petroleum agencies are having a meeting with the president and they are all northerners!!!!?
They might even resort to speaking Hausa!!!!

I'm surprised that folks like you kinda see this as not meaning much but it's in sharp contrast to your reaction to the topic of this meaningless inconsequential thread!

Again NPA and NIMASA are two federal government maritime agencies and are also headed by northerners!!!!

The south own the crude, the south own the coast but the north is seating on their resources!!!!

Time shall come.

Goodnight

How you expect me to bring forth a signed document of almost four decades ago??. The only proof I can afford you is for you to do research, read and watch documentary about before and after the Nigeria civil war. We all need to know our history irrespective of our geopolitical zones. Las las ehn, wen we see Ojukwu, Awolowo, Zik and co we go ask them about the signed agreement u dey disturb my life for. Have a Lovely night.
can you imagine? After making an assertive statement all you can do is to tell me to do research. please stop peddling lies around. Be very sure of your statement. This is one of the many lies people have told again and again.

You don't seem to have read my response. It's clearly written that I think that is unfair. But, when presenting such, we should present facts and not lies, or facts laced with lies.
My point, for the sake of clarity, is that having such distribution of heads of parastatals is wrong, but so also is presenting lies as the truth.
Note that my response was to the post that the top 20 posts in NNPC is entirely held by certain people when that's an outright lie. The facts are right on the NNPC website, take a few minutes to check it. The information will do us all some good.

It's been proven that all regions have oil well in South South including planet South East, so no debate about that

My post 'south south using IPOB to fight a war on their behalf' is about igbo thinking they are smart not knowing south south is 10 times smarter, they always think they have control of south south but they are always wailing at the end

If I take up arms now to destroy pipelines, those slaves from the 'waste' will start crying, reminding me of how I'm polluting and destroying infrastructures in my region. And one may ask 'what is the importance of having those things without benefiting from them?' After years of studies in the university, I can't even go near those companies gates in my region talkless of working there.

WELL, A DAY IS COMING WHERE MAN PIKIN GO MAKE-UP HIM MIND.

6 northerners out of 9 executive positions. Federal character only favours one ethnic group in Nigeria

Tomorrow Yorubas will still vote to help keep Northerners in power. These people don't learn at all from history!

The best thing for all of us in this forced union called Nigeria, is to part ways! But Northern thieves would do everything at all cost to keep the status quo, to continue latching onto Southeast oil. Dirty parasites!

Igbos saw this going decades ago! Biafra will definitely come!

My candid advice of what you should do now is to join ipob or Oduduwa freedom movement for disintegration of Nigeria.Anything short of this is eternal slavery.

The North is getting ready seriously. Every futuristic person knows that Nigeria will eventually break.

Did you know Buhari went into the debt market via DMO, got N391 billion ( $1.03 billion )in May 2020 at a rate of 11.2% between 5- 30 years?

Did you know by that move in May 2020 Buhari has indebted your unborn kids to the tune of $1.29 trillion ($3.4 billion) by the end of 2049?

Did you know from January 1 2020 -May 29 2020, buhari has borrowed a total of N1.2 trillion via the Naira bond market and indebted Nigeria to the tune of N4.05 trillion ~ $11 billion by the end of 2049?

Did you know Nigeria now owes some investor $11 billion ex inflation, devaluation over the next 30 years on bond allotted between January and May 2020 ?
You made sense
