But i heard it has some random IC issues.

If you know a good dealer, then you're good to go. Otherwise, note 9s is ok or any high-end Huawei phone

Is it not a waste of money to get IPhone 7 at this point in time?

When IPhone 12 would be out soon..Lol

If you wanna get IPhone, increase your budget and go for the 11..That is the only way, you won't be thinking of selling the phone in few months..

Just my thoughts tho..
