Guy go and learn a skill and use it to make money. Formatting a Pc is not a skill. A 6 years old that could read can do it,just like using an ATM. Just making simple selection between alternatives and pressing next button that's all. Who needs training to install a software on Pc? Not even a slowpoke.
Even if you know absolutely nothing about computers,a simple Google search will bring out the simple steps you need.

please you have to learn to mind your business...for the fact that you can do it and easy /simple to you does not mean that another person can.
