Just build some of those schools in south and watch to see the impacts...

I trust that they will complement it with good human resources and perhaps revised curriculum that brings the best out of the learners.

This should be a basis for competition amongst state and not some white elephant projects that have no direct impart on the well being not the populace.

If Borno can have it, Lagos, Delta, Rivers, Bayelsa, Ogun , Kaduna, Kano should also have it in abundance.

Stop decieving yourself ...I know what I ma saying , former Gov , Sen Ibrahim Shetima built many with world bank aid ...even the world bank president said it openly that Baba Buhari directed them to the north east.....go finding out where the main fund come from and stop trying to be ignorantly smart .
