The problem is that more investors have come up with structures worth more of affordable price hence making your debate, we have really done a lot though as far as house units is concerned.

I did not compare those Ghana Cities to Nigeria or South Africa Cities.
I have nothing against Nigerians/Nigeria but truth is one.
I want you to understand that there is nothing wrong with you acknowledging
the fact that SA cities are well planned and developed than nigerian cities.
That won't take away your dignity.
Calabar is beautiful but cannot be said to be better than those SA cities you are comparing to.
