Acccording to the APC Constitution (13.4 (xiv)), it is the duty of the NWC to conduct party primaries for governorship candidates.

If a court grants this interlocutory injunction preventing the national from conducting party primaries, I wonder who would, conduct same.

My brother, recently USA with highest mortality conducted Party Primary election in some states.
Currently, some major market already opened in this same Nigeria.
In as much INEC will not conduct Indirect Election by September, directed primary is a goal.
