First photo is good, second suffers from poor colour grading and a rather weird aspect ratio. Also, try fixing the perspective to make the subject centre frame.

Also, get rid of that watermark. You're giving Tecno the credit and cannot claim rights for that picture just so you know.

This is not good bro. You should put the DOF (blur) behind the subject, if you're going creative with one in front of the subject you should at least keep the subject visible rather than her face alone...
