as I told you earlier, distance don't matter , what you're trying to show us indirectly is isolated kibera slums,
And guess what nigga, Nairobi is a city full of skyscrapers and highrises development hence you'll automatically see them.

The difference between Ghana and Kenya is,
Kenya builds some few high rise buildings/ estates here and there thinking that is development.
Ghana spreads development to all areas of the country especially Districts and villages.
You don't need to live in Accra and the other Cities to enjoy the best live can offer you.

Besides why build high rise buildings/estates when your citizens are eating stone as break-fast and supper?
At least every District in Ghana is self sufficient in many basic social amenities unlike many parts of Kenya
that people still live in the stone age days due to poverty.
