With the specs I'm seeing, it's a good buy for 150k. You just need to confirm the specs to make sure the seller isn't lying.

And yes, it's a good laptop for programming, and with the 2gig nvidia graphics card I see there, it will be good for graphics related work as well.

What generation is the core i7. If it's below 4th generation, find a better deal.

No you don't need to buy software....It depends on the software you need . Nowadays a lot of software are free. As a programmer you would hardly buy any, I may be wrong though.

But in most cases, there is always a free alternative .
