An opposite reaction in which you feel excited, jittery, or nervous, known as paradoxical CNS stimulation instead of drowsy or sleepy......could this be the reason why am so slow in thoughts like everything around me so slow

So yes, if you have no prior history of mental illness prior to taking these drugs, it is possible that what you feel is being brought on by the medications.
I suggest you go let your doctor know what you are feeling, so he can make the necessary changes.

With time bro it'd stop and everything would get back to normal, I've been through this before and it wasn't easy but God saw me through. I took that sleeping drug and it was as if my system started to react to it, I really couldn't describe how I was feeling that time
All I did was to pray and calm myself down free from every negative thoughts and I overcame it.

I didn’t use any drugs actually I just talked to a therapist and she counsel me and everything was just in my head and I beat it....now am back to normal are you feeling symptoms again?

Eat a lot of fruit
Socializing
Praying

It has really helped me so far
