The EFCC would not dare such risk, I can assure you of that. This is amongst the cases that the EFCC would want to stay miles away from because they may end up implicating some of their godfathers in politics. The United States supports EFCC financially, through training and purchase of some high tech equipment and the EFCC would not want to strain that relationship.

Why did the EFCC not try to extradite Invictus? Because they understand the consequences of being a stumbling block to the degree of justice the United States wants to implement on such crooks. I agree with this point of view! When Osho's chairmanship position was threatened by Obaseki, he displayed an unusual level of maturity that ensured the entire state did not go in flames. Obaseki was not smart, Osho has him on an angle now.
Sadly, Nigeria is a concussion of lawlessness, aided, and abated by a corrupt judiciary and people. How on earth is a State assembly functioning without representation from more than half of its elected constituency members? I mean, these guys were excluded despite being voted by people from their constituency.
