What`s on the paper and what`s on the ground are two different things. Here is the building you are claiming to be 37f
The building was downgraded to 34f and 134m. TPA is not 40 floors, it is 37 floors with a height of 157m

Do you know the number of Hospitals the past Government alone built?
In Ghana we don't count clinics, health centers and chips compounds as part of Hospitals, and yes we have plenty of those.
