All Regional Hospitals already had CATH labs in the 10 regions of Ghana.

The centres in Accra were over whelmend because they also take care of patients from other countries.

Hence why we added 5 more or so new centers to Accra alone.

covid 19 didn't stop Ghana from implementing this year budget . Even if it is a quarter of a year . Ghana just needs to plan , it is not infrastructure or personnel deficit , it is planning.

You research what a cath lab is.. Khartoum is good example.There are many screening centers doing echo test but only 3 Cath labs in Ghana Accra..none working 24hrs
