Governor Udom doles out N3m to physically challenged Man

Following a passionate appeal made in the course of his interaction with citizens of the state on Sunday, June 14, Governor Udom Emmanuel of Akwa Ibom State has given a cash donation of N3m to a physically challenged man.
The donation which was made on Monday, June 15, was necessitated by Mr. Anietie’s plight which he narrated to the State Governor when he called during the live interactive media chat organised by the state-owned radio and tv stations, Akwa Ibom State Broadcasting corporation (AKBC).

According to Anietie who called in from Ikot Ebre in Ibeskpo Asutan Local Government Area, he needed funds to buy a generating set to boost his provision shop which he said had been adversely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
