Indoctrination is a powerful tool and many of these cultists are captured young. I dare say even deceived.
It's a very sorrowful situation because you have one where you can't come out once you've fallen into the trap.

While you are right on one hand, your post doesn't cover the entire scenario.

There are some who are threatened upon the pain of death to join, many are aggressively coerced to join, some others join because of peer pressure, people have different variances of mental strength.
Some others join after enduring endless bouts of insecurity and resort to it as a form of "protection".

I am just pointing out that not all cultists joined because they stupidly wanted to belong. There are some innocent individuals who got rail-roaded.
Failure to point this out will lead to a failure of understanding the menace and how to curtail it.

This reminds me of Krod of Kwara poly that year.

Its shameful. Leipzig is already in the quarters, With the proposed 1 game format maximum they play quarter semi and final (if they get that far)
