It's obvious Leicester won't sell for less than 60M and I just don't see Chelsea spending that amount on a LB...

Sometimes, I truly wonder how America became the world's richest and most powerful country.
When you look deep into their society, you see one that almost mirrors Third World countries in terms of security, crime, divisive politics, nepotism and even various forms of public corruption.

Most other western countries barely have these problems.
America was the last western country to abolish slavery, it was also the last western country to criminalize segregation and discrimination.
The violent gangs in America is more and worse than those in third world countries.
Likewise crime rates.

One takes a look at trump's leadership and you see the kind of brazen nepotism and corruption in the administration and you realize it's not much different from what is going on African politics where people will know a politician is corrupt but will still support him endlessly on the basis of religion or gerrymandering.

America's incarceration system is also rotten, you look at the Scandinavian countries and other western European countries and you see a better form of rehabilitation centers and decongested prisons with very low incarceration rates and you just wonder how America's is too rotten for a modern economy.

I think that the two basic factors that have made America what it is today are these;
1. The two world wars made her extremely rich seeing as they were untouched physically. It also weakened her rivals politically.
2. The fact that America is protected by 2 big oceans by her side has meant that they were protected in their isolation from the rest of the world giving her stability that other countries don't have. Apart from their civil war, America has remained untouched by its enemies giving it the time to grow by itself peacefully.

I do believe that western European countries have a better quality of life than what can be obtained in America.

Haller hasn't really performed well at West Ham, furthermore, I doubt if he would want to come us knowing he is going to be a substitute.

Haller is a perfect foil for Werner me thinks. His hold up play, intelligence and height will greatly complement Werner cutting in from the left wing. West Ham is a haphazard club and Hallers baby was born with breathing and other complications after he arrived there which he said made him drained and bereft of energy. I sense a good opportunity there especially as West Ham were interested in Batsman. I don't see Tammy having the hold up play to bring Werner in from the wing, and I don't want us to go into another season relying on Giroud for hold up play. I think Haller is a perfect complement for Werner as a starting 9 with Werner coming from the left wing. Werner has always struggled as a 9 so I don't think Haller will be on bench.
