The first post in the screenshot you posted was wrong.

Tacha said Diane punched her. Meanwhile from afar and like Diane correctly pointed out, her fist was not clenched so there's no how she'd have punched Tacha.

Diane could have only "poked" Tacha in the eyes but the video is not close enough for anyone to really prove it. Even Ebuka couldn't prove it, he had to ask Diane if she'd have poked Tacha in the eyes while warning and pointing at her.

The best way to end the argument is nearer video which could show Diane's fingers poking her eyes. For now, Diane can really get away with if she indeed poked her coz that video showed nothing we haven't seen before.

Today was about her again.
