Yes it's the private sector...most of those development are not for the average man...it's for the riches..a world class private island with mixed used development and everything they can get without stepping out of the island, although they are not secured or secluded like estate..they are integrated ...the rich don't want to go down to the mainland part of Lagos(dont get me wrong, it's not like the mainland is for the poor...they are so many politicians and musicians that lives down there)..they want to be closer to the lagoon and enjoy all the views.....ocean view apartments are always pricey all over the world..it's a luxury to have a view of one..

More needs to be done to assist thethe average man in Nigeria, your government should have borrowed to build the refinery so that the gains helps the average nigerian.

If your government does a quater what SA government does for citizens, Nigeria would be so much better

They had to host the fifa World Cup, of course they have stadiums of that capacity. Nigeria hasn’t had to host such a massive thing ever. So the stadiums that we have are enough for anything we need to do. But when the fifa World Cup comes we will have to build new massive stadiums the same way South Africa had to do. We do things based off of necessity not based off of I want it or it looks nice

New odi will be 84k
