Ibro, we know how they operate.

I am surprised that you almost fell for this.
Re: I Was Duped This Morning But God Save Me by Nobody:
I'd think your dopiness miraculously saved you.
You were grossly dopey two times back to back, but luckily for you, the second one canceled out the first one.
I mean, how could you? First, you gave your ATM card security details to scammers; yet again, you still made a mistake while reading out some of the digits. It means you can easily make the mistake of transferring N80,000 instead of N8000.
It's also funny that, while most kids are the ones who mentor their parents on how to use modern devices and various tech activities. The reverse is your case, it was your mum telling you the implication of giving your security details to fraudsters.

Don't forget to change the word 'doped' in your title to 'duped', but then if you use 'dope' I think you're still right because you sound like one in many ways.

By the way @OP, are you related to our noble president? Seems you have many things in common.

If you are a child like in secondary school or just wrote WAEC,I will say you were naive and obviously not so exposed,be careful next time and don't ever give anyone your bank details online or offline, your bank will never call you to ask for such.
If you are an adult and still fell for this,it's a big shame on you. This scam is so popular that banks do write a warning message on ATM telling customers not to send their personal account details to anyone. But your greediness to get N10k free money you didn't work for almost get you scammed.
I am angry that most Nigerian youths carry big phones about but they have tiny and mostly non functional brains. sad
