One is a Bush appointee and he is a not a conservative. More over these guys are under constant threat from the democrats. Did you listen to Chuck Schumer threat sometime ago.

Supreme court judges are not occupying a temporary position.
They are not subjected to electoral threats.
The court is currently majority conservative in leaning and if you read the actual judgments,
you would see that the swinging conservative judges didn't necessarily prefer that DACA continues.
Trump got burned because he could not follow sensible procedures for achieving his desired results.

This same level of incompetence was displayed during his "build the wall" fight.
When both house and senate was being controlled by the Republicans, Trump never mentioned
the wall only to start fighting after the Dems took the house. He could have also introduced bill about
DACA during the same period.

One would expect a sensible person to act from the position of strength.

Trump is not seeking to end illegal immigration, what Trump wants to stop is illegal immigration from Brown and Black Countries. You're an ignorant wart. Now repeat after me: ILLEGAL ALIENS DO NOT VOTE. IN THE US ONLY CITIZENS VOTE. Although there are always people who claim that illegal aliens vote, what they are mostly referring to is the presence of names of non-citizens on voter rolls.

You know how that happens? When you apply for a driver's license, food stamps, take the census survey, you're always asked if you're registered to vote, regardless of your status. A card is included in your mail which you can fill out and send to the enquiring agency. Many illegal aliens fill this out, even though they have no intention of voting. And this, dear goat-turd, is how they end up on the voter roll.
