he former governor has been tipped as one of the likely replacements for Late Senator Bayo ' Peperito' Oshinowo in the National Assembly. Recent political happenings in Lagos suggests Ambode has made peace with party leaders in the state. A report by Daily Trust indicates that political agitations have commenced for the replacement of Late Senator Bayo Oshinowo. Bayo Oshinowo, a former majority leader in the Lagos state House of Assembly died after a brief illness suspected to be COVID-19 at the age of 64.
