This fake news with no source is giving false hope Abi. APC has many trouble with them. The factional party Leader that suspended Oshiomhole is not recognized by APC national working committee, meanwhile, court upheld his decision on Oshiomhole suspension. Who is then the authentic Party Chairman in Edo State? To me, APC suppose to have resolved that crisis amicably before taking of primaries. But no, ego as usual will not allow them.

They should resolve that and allow the primaries to be over so that they won't have candidate just like what happened in Zamfara abi? Just let PDP and Obaseki be going bulabula around. By the time APC and Oshiomole display their strategy, they will be in disarray and shout rigging as usual.

Any candidate not presented by Gaidom will not will not stand legally, Rivers State High court ruling is a court of concurrent jurisdictions with that of Abuja where Gaidom get is order from, so that judgement can not stand, except gotten from a higher court(Appeal Court). The best option for APC is to prevail on Gaidom to endorse whatever they are doing, anything short of that is illegality.

Listen, Giadom didn't get any order from anywhere on Thursday. The man from Northeast who instituted the action have disowned it, he said he didn't get any order from any FCT high court. They're begging that guy he refused to bulge. So technically, Giadom is nowhere. Again, there's a supreme court judgement that says the court can't manage a party for politicians, it is not the prerogative of a court to appoint acting chairman for APC, if you read the appeal court judgement that uphold the suspension of Oshiomole, there was an order for APC NWC to select the appropriate person to occupy the position. So its only a judge who is on a suicide mission that'll appoint Giadom as ag chairman, OK!

Stop confusing yourself boy.the judgment that suspended oshiomhole is completely different from the one procured by giadom.the judgment suspending oshiomhole was filed by Stephen shawo and a host of others and judgment given by justice senchi.
The judgment permitting giadom to act was filed by only mustapha salihu and not giadom and delivered by justice bature.the renewal order had same salihu as the applicant.since salihu claimed he did not get the renewal,who then did? Hilliard remains the acting chair.why am I even wasting time with you? The reasonable ones havevgotten the message
