In his response, the Chief Press Secretary to the governor, Gboyega Akosile, faulted the claims, noting that Sanwo-Olu’s parental home on the Lagos Island was well known to people. Dumbazz argument, there are Igbos whose great grand parental homes are in Lagos. That makes them even more of a Lagosian than Sanwo-Olu. When we say It is a NO MAN'S LAND. They get angry. 3 Likes |

obembet: Yes, let us be one in your own father's and Motherland. If Yoruba are one why can't we be one with all Nigeria. The Yoruba's from the hinterlands are really the ones taking a piss on the real indegenes of Lagos not Nigerians from the east. Imagine 3 Senators not originally even born in Lagos. What the Bleep You want to dominate Lagos and you say trash about Lagos being Yorubaland, no bro Lagos is Aworiland and Aworis are cousins to other Omo Odua children from Brazil to, US, UK, Sierra Leone, Ghana, Togo, Benin, Ife, Ibadan, Ondo, Aniomaland in Delta. But we are 1st and foremost Awori. 2 Likes |

Noneroone: I know the story the present Oba of Lagos gave because of his non recognition by the late Oonirisa - Oba Okunade Sijuwade as a first class monarch. The Oba had since withdrawn that statement. Ado as the Eleko (King of Lagos)has nothing to do with the IDEJOs ownership of the land of Lagos from time immemorial till date. There were previous Obas, after this present one, there will still be Oba. The history remains unchangeable except current occurrences. I 2 Likes |

Kriss216: Ambode is also a foreigner from Ondo State, Tinubu will never let a real son of the soil take over Lagos. He is like the democratic party giving immigrants power to consolidate his own, real son of the soil can get grassroots power without a Godfather, once they have access to Government funds and structure, same thing he did to those that sponsored him in 1999. He doesn't want what he did to others to happen to him. 3 Likes 2 Shares |
