It has being a long time that I've been coping with this catarrh, in fact I'm really fed up. The most annoying part is my throat that itches especially when I wake up every morning. I feel seriously embarrassed whenever I'm trying to clear my throat because I can't control it whenever it starts itching me. I've taken different catarrh drugs but to no avail please I need help.

how is your sleeping environment? is it damp? cold? are the walls soaked?

It is a natural way the body cleanses itself, colds like this..

Try using palm oil, it will really go a long way. And improve you diet with vitamin based fruits and also (onions, garlic.) It will relieve you..

Have you taken Actifed?

I'll recommend 1000ml of vitamin C. Finish one complete pack of it and by taking one daily. You'll be fine

Actifed tabs works well for me to clear catarrh. Buy the original one in a good pharmacy, it's about 800naira to 1200naira depending on the location. Take a tab at night, before going to bed. Mind you, it causes drowsiness, so not to be taken when you are supposed to be active/attentive....
