So making borehole of which u gave me contact of someone u know that does it .is it a big deal? The person that sells wood ask him if we bought a stick from him ? I bought more than 500k worth of wood and i didnt use him , mind u he is my financee and this project is being built with my hard earned money . Agreeing to work doesnt mean u hv been contracted hence non signing of ur agreement nor paying u any commitment fee . Meanwhile the second person invited was even worst than u , charging arm and leg to build foundation to decking . All these are job tenders ,and valid when i commit to ur fees .

From all indication, ur just a make shift architect/ scammer looking for gullible people to ripe off so if it doesnt work , u get on the loose by name calling .

Best Quality: 28 - 30 Blocks of 9 inches.
Average Quality: 30 - 35 Blocks of 9 inches.
Not too poor but can be managed by a few clients who doesn't want to spend too much: 35 - 40Blocks.

Anything more than this is too poor for construction.

My opinion.

See a copy of job opening at omnik ikorodu for 33000liters of diesel, i hv quoted more than 6 times and even visited the company to establish relationship and yet i hv only gotten the job once in the last 3year. U see the conditions there , we will give order according to best price, READ
