the court order he is relying on has expired

Exparte order is 7 days.

So he got the first one on march 16 which will expire on march 23rd

So if he applied for two weeks extension that means another 14 days added in total the order ended on April 6 so it doesnt cover April ,may and June .

To make it clear to you the moment osho got stay of execution for weeks at appeal court , Giadom exparte order has been rendered useless because a superior court has set aside the exparte order granting him to act as chairman and reinstated osho.

So appeal court judgment that uphold osho suspensiom doesnt mean Giadom exparte order is valid and restored rather it has become colateral damage in the.process..

Thats why The clown was ashamed to served APC the court papers he is relying on. Till today none of the parties to the suit have seen the paper , it only exist on social media.

You're partially right, the technical aspect here is that the NWC not chairman or the state chairman of the party can conduct primaries. And except the court says it's not properly constituted, then it holds....I'm sure the court will affirm that.
