I have been using this phone for a year now and I haven't seen any updates since I got it

the phone is just there.. I'm even tired of it, will sell it off the first chance I get. its a tecno lb7
how can I be using the same android version for two yrs

how can I be using the same android version for two yrs
i dont think you can upgrade to another version, you can only update your device to the latest android version it runs on.

ok but I don't know about that, most TECNO phones I've used can't be upgraded from one Android version to the other but you can always update your Android version to the latest which they send pretty often.

what concerns me if your device can't update?
Mine updated from Android version 8 to Android version 10,I updated twice.
Functions changed,am still learning the new functions,I owe no one any explanation for that

well, maybe your phone isn't original � or you aren't using a note 5 stylus. I have seen my friend update to android 10 on his Infinix note 5 stylus 4gb/64gb.

Infinix note 5 and 5 stylus are in the android one program, that's y they can update, note 6 can't

I'm in no way disputing that, the earlier comment was that note 5 stylus doesn't have android 10 is what I was correcting.

Are you sure its about region cos other people here in Nigeria confirmed they got the upgrade. Inifinix matter don even tire me, hopefully when I gather enough cash I dey change to xaiomi. Thus suffer don tire me.
