Hello evryone am sorry to disturb but i just wanna ask this question...

Is it true that male and female dogs from the same parents cant mate..and that if they do, their babies will die naturally??

Pls i need urgent answers..I heard it somewhere but i think i will be sure here

It's called inbreeding and the litters might be deformed. It's not proper to mate dogs that are from the same litter.

I don't believe that.my boerboel from the same litter accidently mate years back and gave birth to 12 well formed dogs.

It's the rhesus factor in blood grouping, u can read more about it. Also happens in humans and yes it's TRUE but not in all cases as the rhesus factor can vary(+ or -)

When inbreeding is done, puppy might come out fine with out deformity like blindness, cripple pup ND etc but on the other hand it has it's side-affects which are behavior problem as a result of unblanced gene(puppy when grown up might be over-aggressive or might act stupidly) ,studies prove that in-breed pup have a shorter lifespan, studies also prove that in-breed pup have low immunity against deadly diseases

Your were lucky your boerboel gave birth to 12 non-deformed pup doesn't mean that in-breeding doesn't comes with deformed pups sometimes because have seen situations were some of the pups could not walk and were some of the pups were blind.
