I usually buy mixes that contain safflower, groats, white sunflower, and millet but also suet for birds. I found a reliable provider and I always buy the bird food from there. My budgies like some of the veggies like cucumber, spinach, broccoli, and peppers as well and I know that not all the birds like them. But this is great because these are a great source of vitamins and fibers. Overall, this is a piece of great information for bird owners, so keep posting.

I also have one budgie and I'm planning on getting another one. I'm not yet familiar to everything about them, but I like them as pets and also they're very loving.
