Equation 1:

S + S + S = 30
3S = 30
S = 10

Equation 2:

M + M + S = 20
2M + 10 = 20
2M = 10
M = 5

Equation 3:

I + I + M = 13
2I + M = 13
2I + 5 = 13
2I = 8
I = 4

Equation 4:

The man is wearing two shoes and also has two ice creams in his possession. For the final Equation. So,


S/2 + (M + I + S) * I/2 = ?
= 10/2 + (5 + 4 + 10) * 4/2
= 5 + (19) * 2
= 5 + (19 * 2)
= 43

Final answer is 43.
