Why would you take 250k as part payment for engineering drawings and disappear without picking your calls for over one month? I won't consider this fraud yet until you refuse to revert within the next week.

After my first note on this subject, you rushed up an incomplete Arch drawing and have refused to respond on the structural/mech/ electrical drawings for which you've been paid.

Just be aware that I will be the last person you will defraud on cyberspace if you don't provide the services for which you've been paid for.
