Hello, doctors in the house.

Please, I need your help. I am losing weight consistently and currently underweight. I feel dry within me but I don't miss my 3 Square meal. I don't even feel sick or having symptoms of any sickness. Please, what do I need to do, or what drug or food do I need to take to regain a healthy weight. Currently, I unbelievably weigh below 50kg, a grown-up man at that.

Please I need your urgent help, it is giving me a lot of concern.

Eat fruits and proteins and drink lots of water, also if you masturbates alot then reduce it and make enough time for rest

Eating 3 square meal doesn't make you healthy or add weight..
Having peace of mind is the best therapy.

Unintentional weight loss may not be a thing of concern, but sometimes, it could be a symptom of an underlying health condition. It's not exaggerated if you start with seeing a doctor first.

Diagnosis will surely give a sense of direction towards its treatment. Then, you can come back here for proper recommendation for your condition.

I don't masturbate. Tho I commit myself to things that requires my brain to work constantly. Thank you for the advice.
