Well, Tinubu has already lost out in APC. The SE/SS alliance will always be stronger than anything Tinubu may want to put together.

Just a few weeks ago, you guys were boasting about getting Fulani support because Abiola got Fulani support. You guys keep forgetting that OBJ just ruled a few years ago. Also the SE/SS alliance has all but drained any other southern potential allies Tinubu may wish for.
Even northerners know that Tinubu and the SW don't really have any proper moral claim to 2023 presidency. The only region that has that moral claim is the SE in particular and the SE/SS alliance in general.

If Tinubu wants to support Atiku from outside the PDP, his options will be much reduced because his people can't be inserted into the NEC or NWC or PDP, and the other goodies that accrue to party members. And as we already know he will not be able to nominate the VP candidate, because of the SE/SS alliance, his options outside PDP are much reduced. Maybe the SE/SS alliance may allow Tinubu's party to only produce the speaker of the house of reps.

Make no mistakes about it. Tinubu's chances are drastically reduced with what has gone on, in APC. Let me reiterate that Tinubu's only chance of getting back the way he will wish, is to seek to support a SE presidential candidate. Otherwise, he will be going for smaller fish in other sort of agreement he opts for.
