dammyzee1:the fingerprint sensor in that phone is a scam. It accepts any fingerprint, so he had to remove it and use pattern, bcuz it pointless to use fingerprint The phone runs on a crappy processor so expect such things. |

Delete and reinstall another fingerprint profile, sometimes this happens due to dust, water or even scatches from droping your phone. |
