Good evening ladies. My husband did sperm analysis in January. Everything was normal except motility which was 18%. He was placed on Enhanz and vit E for three months. He did another test recently. The motility raised to 32%. Please what other treatment can he take to improve the motility?

Sperm motiliy is usually the one that is more challenging to treat. Treatment also involves lifesyle modification like controlling diet, weight lose, limiting acohol intake, exercise and wearing loose panties. There is also what is called scrotum cooling whichaside from taking medication can also be of help.. This medication oligocare by vitabiotics can also help. The good thing about it is that its not too expensive. Hope these helps.

Good day mamas and papas.

Trust we are all holding on well.
I must say, this journey is so filled with many ups and downs.

I need insight on an issue, I don't know if anyone has experienced this.
For two cycles now, I have noticed a deviation from my normal cycle.
I had ovulation-like pains in my left lower abdomen, just two days after my period. This pain went on till after I ovulated proper and just stopped abruptly.

Fast forward to 12 days past ovulation all my PMS symptoms vanished. I used to have very strong and intense PMS symptoms at least one week before my period, and the PMS lasts throughout my period. The first time it happened, I was so surprised I went into a panic. Boobs just went from heavy, tender and sore to normal no pain at all and no single cramp at on the 12dpo.

13dpo I experience a strong pain in my lower left abdomen then AF comes later accompanied with nausea and fatigue.
Is this something to worry about?
Is it normal for PMS to just vanish like that?

Please help a sister, I'm really worried.
Thanks.

Thank you my sister. Does he have to take the oligocare alone or can he combine it with another drugs?
How long can he take for it to be effective?

It is a male fertility supplement. It should be used for at least a month to see the effect. Vit like Vit E C and zinc can also be of help.

At 32% his motility rate is not bad.Just ensure you know when your ovulation is at peak then let him corpulate from behind. This sex style will increase semenal-speed.Goodluck to you!

Teey2019 are you on any form of contraceptive measure? If yes! These symptoms are indicative of a particular measure,no cause for alarm. If no! See a Gynaecologist: I suspect early signs of Fibroid.
I wish you goodluck.

Male fertility is broadly dependent of 2 major factors:

Sperm Count.
Sperm Motility.
The volume of a normozoospermic sample (normal count & motility) must be over 2 ml, it must contain over 20 million sperm/ml, 25% of which must have good motility and at least 4% must look normal.

A man’s semen quality plays a major role in fertility and it is very important for a couple to conceive.

If you are treated for male infertility, then I would suggest you read the following article.

Men, Those Tightie Whities Really Are Killing Your Sperm Count

Your semen sample might improve (drastically) if you switch from wearing tight briefs to loose boxers.

And another important thing to realize is that it would generally take at least 2 months to see differences in count/motility (i.e. you make a change today and you cannot expect to see the results tomorrow).

Therefore, when male fertility is unexplained (i.e. not attributed or narrowed down to a particular cause), I would recommend that such lifestyle changes are tried before jumping into procedures such as IUI and IVF.

Other habits that can improve your semen quality:

Exercise (at least 3 - 4 days a week).
Quit smoking and drinking.
Quit consumption of caffeine (i.e coffee).
Avoid exposure to chemicals (for example, I stopped using perfumes).
Eat raisins, cashews, almonds, walnuts and brazil nuts (brazil nuts contain selenium).
Avoid drinking carbonated drinks such as Pepsi and Coke.
Increase your protein consumption (such as egg whites, tune/salmon etc).
Keep yourself in a positive frame of mind

Hi sis, if your breast is leaking fluid when you are not breastfeeding, it calls for concern. You are most likely to be having high prolactin.
Pls visit a gynecologist for treatment.

You didn't upload the SFA result?

Sperm count is missing. You need to register witha good gyneacologist and follow the course of treatment.

Okay..... His count is good but it can be improved. His morphology needs little improvement. His progressive motility should be upto 50%

Viscosity is bad... It shouldn't be watery

Morphology/shape is perfect

Does he smoke or drink? If yes, he needs to work on it.
He should be taking more fruits, veggies

Other Sabi mamas will tell you the drugs to improve his sperm motility.

Hope your fallopian tubes are okay?

The drug oligocare along with vitamin C . E , zinc can be of help. Meanwhile you can use antibiotics to clear any infection. Both of you have to take it.

The discharge from your breast is usually an indication that you have high prolactin. Your gyne will prescribe medication to help treat that and to help you ovulate.

Different combinations work for sperm count/mortility. Manix +vit E, fertilaid for men/mortility boost etc depending on your pocket. But they have to be taken for at least 3months to see changes. You'd also have to take your own medication to help you ovulate same period he's boosting his count.

Hello Going to conceive mothers. I have been a silent reader here who has been battling secondary infertility for 5 years.
I did an HSG scan 5 years ago, but the Gynae at the private hospital told me there were minor adhesions.
I recently started using another hospital and the Gynae requested another HSG.
This is the report. Pls your input from your experience will be appreciated.
Thank you so much in

Vitamin C and E, folic acid.
Consulting with a gyne before this covid-19 brouhaha, but everything has taken a back seat except coronavirus.

32℅ motility is not good. Atleast a 50%. I happened upon a treatment that makes a difference. This time frame(3months), would most likely boost it up to over 60℅ with this doctor. I genuinely want testimonies here. I feel strongly about it. Since I discovered it, I'm moved to take it upon myself to point this direction. And I'd gladly rejoice with u and be thankful our paths crossed if and when it yields. Here's it.

IG page:@thepeoples_doctors
She's a doctor that has a lot of successes with test results as proof. Dates don't lie. Just take the time to go through her page. See the things going on there. Then make the decision. I mean, she unblocks tubes too(before u try IVF cos of blocked tubes, check her out), Azoospermia, low sperm count, etc. She didn't send me to do this. I happened upon her and its like a divine mission to point the way.

When there's a testimony, please reach out and let me rejoice with you. My IG: @am_stephh

PS: I am not an agent or related in any way to her. I have nothing material to gain from showing this way aside the Joy when something good happens from this. This might just be the miracle you need. Before u debunk me, or label it opportunistic or preying or whatever term. Please check out her page. And when it works, have the conviction to point the way too. Not for material gain but to put Joy and happiness in someone's life.

Did your doctor rule out endometritis?
Have you tracked your cycle to confirm you ovulate? That's either with Tvs or ovulation test strips?

In the meantime, also add vit b6 to the folic acid and vitamins

Good morning ma'am, Endometriosis has been ruled out. Tracking ovulation with OPKs.

I read here that but b6 should be used after ovulation, can it be used throughout the cycle?
Thanks.
