I don't agree with this. I used to believe this same thing about Mane while he was at Southampton till he joined loserpool.

Grealish will blossom in a decent team with a good coach that mandates player discipline.

Mane showed a high ceiling at Leipzig, Grealish is good but he has a lot of tendencies that would be picked up if he moves to a big team. Also dude is going to be 25 in September, it is baffling that a talented English player like him had only Spurs chasing him some seasons ago.

Performance doesn't always lead to wins and trophies, the Hungary side of 1950s were regarded as one of the best sides ever yet they won no World Cup, in 1974 The Dutch team performed better but luck wasn't on their side, in 2012 UCL final in Munich, Bayern outclassed Chelsea in all attacking departments including shots on target before heading to the penalties but they lost to a poor Chelsea side. Henderson is the leader of his team and his teammates and coach attest to this fact, whenever he's not on the pitch his team performance dips a little.
