Please someone should help me I reset my laptop which is using Windows 10 without backup, and I want to replace it with Windows 8.1 but it keeps bringing error message with this error code: 0x8007025D.
What should I do, someone should help me.

Are you installing it from the ROM drive? if YES, then the Disk is faulty.

Maybe you are installing from DVD rom try installing from a usb flash drive

try making free version of memtest86 on a USB and check ram sticks, 1 at a time. It boots off USB so don't need windows. Any errors means ram is problem and needs to be replaced.
