I transferred money yesterday through pos mobile agent and still now the money is still handing. The one that is annoying me most now is that I can't transfer with their mobile app. No network. All the keep replying is Network error. I have called there customer care severely without respond. They only entertain me with there useless advert to finish my credit. This is really affecting my business. I want to close my account, but before I do that I want to know if there is any bank that offer free toll for their customers to call. I have spent more than 1k card to call diamond bank without success. I don't know if they are also into telecom business |
