These are known as international account numbers. Which bank in Nigeria can provide that service when you can walk into any branch all over Africa and cash out US dollar. Right now there are more than six banks in Ghana which have ATM machines which give out US dollar so you can walk to a ATM machine and get paid in US dollar or we draw US dollar from the ATM machine.
