5). Local Govt identity
6). Certificate of Medical Fitness from Govt Hospital

I learnt it's 5 persons per State, how true is this please? Does it mean it's a waste of time ... Can someone just explain to me please

This shouldn't concern you, even if they'll only select 1 person per state. Play your own part by applying first
