The Law is truly an ass. The prosecution will have to prove beyond reasonable doubt that his conduct is truly mischievous, and fraudulent. I like that he is not going down easily and might be among the 2% that escape FBI indictment. I don't support fraud but I appreciate bravery and resilience.
