That one is more of a politician than a hands on coach. He is "Head of Goalkeeping" which is more of an executive role. They always finger him as Abramovic spy in the dressing room.

Me sef widda. The guy na Executive goalkeeper. He doesn't coach the first team. It's an Executive position fabricated to keep him at the club cos he snitches faithfully to Roman. He came as Cechs personal coach in 2004. When Cech went to Arsenal, he asked Arsenal to sign the guy, but Roman refused to let him go despite the fact Courtois didn't like the guy and always criticised him. So they made up this "Head of Goalkeeping" nonsense to keep him as a spy within the club.
