This man just put himself in a tight corner. At this point it's either he wins this case or make a mockery of his entire career.
US is not like Nigeria where citizens are arrested without evidence. Them don monitor hushpuppi and probably gotten legal advice before arresting him.

Will d FBI and Interpol of all agencies spend months following this fella and building a case before making an arrest if their case was not water-tight? Don't pray for those FBI guys to have u in their sights, cos they can even tell u where ur late great grandma was buried. Hush didn't cover his tracks well, dis lawyer is just singing jazz and blues. What about all the exhibits recovered from his apartment? They were real estate stuff too? I doubt he'll walk.

He is doing what he has been paid for and if he has a good evidence to prove all that he said he will be given a fair hearing thereby considering the case before final judgment

You will be shocked.... with a good attorney, he will be out .

USA legal system is funny, the lawyer can make a lot of claims, it now rests on the prosecution to prove otherwise, if they cant, they boy will be off the hook .

Simply hacking into his phone is not sufficient evidence, they would find lots of loop holes.

If murderers can be let off the hook by very good and experienced attorneys, trust me this guy will only get a slap on the wrist.
