For Lagos, I went to their ikoyi office today but you can only submit if you're an indigene of Lagos. Same with the ikeja command..

If you try will anybody kill you? What if it is DSS that you're destined to do and you threw away the opportunity solely on unsubstantiated side-talks. Well everyone's mindset aren't the same, but let me tell you a lil story of a friend.
He got NNPC job this year without even knowing a fuel attendant in any filling station talk more of NNPC, he applied, went through the process and just like a dream, luck smiled on him. What if he had your kind of mindset? prolly he will still be scavenging for job in the hope that God go do am without him playing his own part.
Think about it.

you are right though. I am based in Lagos so I had to travel to delta to submit .it is not worth it to me and for the "unsubstantiated side talk' according to you is true
