I just got the Samsung galaxy M30s for 71,990 from Jumia. It was 74,000 but I paid from the app and got extra discount from MasterCard to make it that price. Nice phone.

I no sabi all those technical review as I no be tech blogger. But I believe you pick a phone that has features you need. Chose Samsung galaxy M30s due to the following features I needed:
Large screen - 6.4 inch
Battery capacity - 6000 mAh with fast charge
Screen Display - Super amoled
Memory - 4 GB/64 GB (with slot for memory card expandable up to 512 GB)
Camera - 48MP + 5MP + 8 MP rear camera and 16MP front camera.
Android 9

And the cost is affordable.

I haven't started using the phone yet cuz I have to change/cut my sim to a nano sim and I am still attached to my old phone but from what I read online as at January there was news from Samsung that the phone will soon run on Android 10.

Their are so many phones out there, it's all ball's down on Wat you want. Tecno phones are relatively cheap am talking out of experience. Am presently using their latest product camon12 Air. And I have nothing to regret

What price is cheap? OP, state this clearly. Because Redmi Note 8 PRO isn't cheap as you had said.

I guess the one I bought had been sold out. The one available on jumia is 6 + 128gb while the one I use is 6 + 64GB

yes the prices differ for the 64gb and 128gb, am sure the one Lastbornbuns saw was the 128gb variant because the normal price for the 64gb is not up to 80k.

I had a live chat on the Samsung website asking about the market of this m30s and the latest m21 in nigeria, but they redirected me to listed phones for Africa and for M series its only m11 and its similar to the A series u suggested. Buying phones not meant for your region can marginalize you in terms of some android updates
So after this abuja lockdown am buying Galaxy s10. The economic situation of the Arewa government cannot keep me in A series. No Thanks anyway

Although this M30s was made for Indian market, it works well here in Nigeria and even uses android 10 presently. The main point is getting a phone that suits your needs. I just wanted the 6,000mah battery. That's why I went for this.
