This airtel of a network matter don tire me Just now now nai I just say make I recharge 3k through mobile banking put for my airtel sim so that I go subscribe for monthly, dem don deduct the 3k comot from my account but up till now, my airtel balance still remain the same Na which kain wahala be this one now? And wetin dey pain me pass be say no be the first or second time wey this kain thing dey happen Abeg na who get idea on how I want carry contact the crooks dem abeg Like their customer care line |

Airtel is currently having network issue ....I just switch my mobile data setting to MTN... Just have patient , they will surely credit ur line... 2 Likes |

hello please how did u do the recharge ussd or app or internet, I have experienced something similar I used *904# to recharge my other line that's Airtel from my firstbank account using my MTN number linked to d bank account not knowing it was only 4 MTN.. so check well and make sure u didn't do something similar I hope this helps 1 Like |

It happens sometimes. What I do is that I will go ahead and try to subscribe anyway. And 95% of the time, it works. I think they have a problem in swiftly reflecting the new balance |

Check ur bank balance history ..use Ur bank mobile app to check if it is reversed.. This same issue happened to me but mine was reversed when I checked wit the mobile app... |
