Not all the monies are in TSA and they are not placed into TSA immediately until final forfeiture orders are secured cos withdrawing from the TSA usually requires an act of the National Assembly

I have come to notice one thing about APC government. If you don't level an allegations or even to an extent to lie against it,you will never I repeat you will never get the truth from them.

Believe me, it can never be false and mind you they are all criminals, both the accusers and the accused.
All these is probably happening because of a tilt in the balance of power at the executive arm probably caused by the sudden Demise of Abba Kyari. Nothing happens by chance in this country.
